You can book directly and go to the studio right away. Via our online portal you can see the current availability and book and pay instantly. You receive your access code immediately. No waiting, no hassle.
Yes, you can. If you cancel more than 7 days in advance you get a full refund. Less than 7 days before the start you receive a 50% refund. After the start or in case of no-show there is no refund. Rescheduling is possible under the same conditions, subject to availability.
Yes, the studio is available 7 days a week from 07:00 to 22:00. Ideal for early or late sessions. Weekend slots are popular, so book in time!
All equipment is included: Godox strobes (DP600III V, AD600pro, AD200pro), LED video light, RGB spots, softboxes, beauty dish, fresnel with barndoors, Nanlite zoom projector, reflectors and 5-in-1 flags. Also included are light stands on wheels, C-Stands, boom arms, infinity wall, backdrop paper in various colours and smoke machine. You have access to changing rooms and make-up area for 2 models, interior elements that can serve as props, and of course free coffee, tea and water.
Yes, you bring your own camera, lenses and memory cards. We provide the complete studio lighting, backdrops and all accessories. Don't forget to charge your batteries!
The studio operates on a self-service basis: you receive an access code after booking and payment. All equipment is ready and professionally but user-friendly set up. Yes. Parking Keizershallen and Kroonparking are within walking distance of the studio. Street parking is also possible in the immediate area. At Aalst train station you can also park and walk (±15 minutes).
The maximum number of people is 50, due to fire safety regulations. For most shoots 6-8 people is more than enough. For larger groups or productions we recommend contacting us in advance to discuss the possibilities.
Yes, you can bring food and drinks. We do ask you to be careful near the equipment and backdrops. The infinity wall and backdrop paper must remain stain-free. Staining or damage to backdrop paper will be charged at €20 per metre.
Pets are welcome for photo shoots! We do ask that they are under control and that any accidents are cleaned up immediately. Please indicate in advance when making your reservation that you are bringing a pet, so we can take this into account.
The studio is located on the ground floor. Inside there are no thresholds, but there is a threshold at the front door. Please contact us in advance if you have specific accessibility questions, and we'll be happy to look at the options.
Absolutely. The infinity wall (5m wide, 4m deep) is ideal for clean product shots with a seamless background. With the Godox strobes and softboxes you create perfect, shadow-free lighting. For larger products such as furniture or car parts you have plenty of space. Backdrop paper in various colours is included for different looks.
Yes, the studio is fully suitable for video. We have flicker-free LED continuous light (Bi-colour 200W and Godox SL60W), RGB spots for creative colour effects and a Smokemaster Pro smoke machine for atmospheric footage. Ideal for YouTube videos, interviews, commercials, music videos and social media content.
No, the studio is suitable for all levels. Whether you're a hobby photographer working in a studio for the first time, or an experienced professional: all equipment is ready and user-friendly set up. Private individuals pay the price including 21% VAT. Professionals and companies pay excluding VAT and can deduct this as a business expense. The rates are: 2 hours €95, 4 hours €160, 10 hours €275. View all details on our pricing page.
Yes. With over 100m² of space and an infinity wall of 5 metres wide, the studio is ideal for group photos, team photos and corporate photography. A maximum of 50 people can be in the studio (fire safety). For larger teams or events we recommend contacting us in advance.
